Stephanie Gopen is a CLMC associate who practices primarily in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department. Ms. Gopen has experience in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. Ms. Gopen's practice includes preparing simple and complex estate planning documents, such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advance directives; advising clients on the administration of estates; preparing all necessary documents to commence and maintain probate and administration proceedings in Surrogate’s Court, including petitions for letters testamentary and letters of administration, affidavits and affirmations in support of probate and administration petitions, formal and informal accountings, and receipts and releases; and preparing documents in connection with estate litigation matters, including petitions, motions, objections, and discovery demands.
Ms. Gopen is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
