Emily R. Ivanoff is a CLMC associate and practices in the firm’s real estate, corporate and business transaction groups.

Ms. Ivanoff graduated from Albany Law School with a Juris Doctorate in May 2014. As a student at Albany Law School, Ms. Ivanoff interned at the Albany County District Attorney’s Office in the Vehicular Crimes Unit and volunteered at Prisoners’ Legal Services of New York providing access to the courts for inmates confined in State prison as well as advocating and assisting inmates to ensure their civil and human rights.

Ms. Ivanoff is a member of both the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
